I’m a UX researcher and designer who focuses on understanding how people interact with digital products and using that insight to shape confident product decisions. Over the years, I’ve built a strong toolkit of research methods and design thinking frameworks, which I use to guide research and design direction, deliver clear, actionable insight, and help teams build user-centred solutions.

My academic background includes a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Human–Computer Interaction. My MSc dissertation is published and explores how technology can support parents during menarche.
